The Report Library consists of the following interfaces:

• Library Access List. Defines who may access specific content in the Report Library.
• Library Content. View the content in the Report Library to which you have been granted access.
• Library Management. ReportCaster Administrators can view a high-level summary of the content in the Report Library. Reports can be deleted using this tool, but the actual content of the reports cannot be viewed.

The following are guidelines for accessing and using the Report Library:

• Create users and groups and assign them privileges to the Report Library.
  • Managed Reporting users must be enabled for ReportCaster and Report Library privileges using the Managed Reporting Administration Interface.
  • Non-Managed Reporting users must be enabled for ReportCaster and Report Library capabilities using the User Administrator tool in ReportCaster.

  You must be a ReportCaster Administrator to create users and groups. For more information, see Accessing ReportCaster and Enabling User Capabilities.

• Add the users and groups to a Library Access List, which authorizes them to view specific content in the Report Library. For more information about accessing the Library Access List interface and creating a Library Access List, see Managing Users and Groups Using the Library Access List Interface.
• Create a schedule that will distribute output to the Report Library. You can optionally send an e-mail informing recipients of its availability and the link to the content in the library. For more information, see Distributing Scheduled Output to the Report Library.
• Access the Library Content interface to view the reports in the Report Library to which you have been granted access. For more information, see Viewing Library Reports.
• Access the Library Watch List to view the most current version of reports you have tagged for monitoring. For more information, see Using the Library Watch List.
• Access the Library Management interface to manage content within the Report Library database tables. Only ReportCaster Administrator's can access the Library Management interface. For more information, see Library Management.
