WebFOCUS Online Help > ReportCaster Development and Administration > ReportCaster Server Configuration > Managed Reporting Settings
The MR Info tab in the ReportCaster Server Configuration tool only appears if you have installed the optional Managed Reporting product. It contains the following settings:
Setting |
Optional or Required/Default Value |
Descriptions and Possible Values |
---|---|---|
HTTP User |
Optional |
If Web server authentication is enabled (when anonymous access is disabled), this user ID and password are used by both the ReportCaster Distribution Server and the WebFOCUS Reporting Server to make their respective connections to the Managed Reporting Repository on the Web server. If the Web server allows anonymous connections, then this parameter is not needed and should not be specified. This parameter is not prompted for during the installation of the ReportCaster Distribution Server. |
Install |
Required YES or NO. |
Indicates whether (YES) or not (NO) Managed Reporting was installed with ReportCaster. |
Repository Node |
Optional Default value is http://hostname:port/ ibi_apps/WFServlet (where hostname is the host name of the server on which the Managed Reporting Repository is located. Specify the port only if it is not the default value of 80). |
URL to the WebFOCUS Client (Servlet only) that is configured with Managed Reporting. If you customized the URL context path value for the WebFOCUS Client, this parameter must be changed to reflect the new value. If this is not done, the ReportCaster Distribution Server will fail to connect to the WebFOCUS Client when trying to obtain a Managed Reporting procedure or distribute output to the Managed Reporting Repository. |
Trusted Key |
Optional Required if ReportCaster authentication is performed by the Managed Reporting Realm Driver or another external authentication driver. |
Value of the key used for authentication during trusted sign‑on to Managed Reporting. For additional information, see Configuring ReportCaster With External Authentication. |
