Go to the following URL to see which security and HTTP Header variables have been set in your WebFOCUS configuration:

http://host:port/context_root/diagnostics/wfsysinf.jsp

where:

host:port

Specifies the host and port where WebFOCUS is installed.

context_root

Specifies the WebFOCUS web application alias.

A page similar to the following displays.

This page lists the following information about your WebFOCUS configuration:

• Application server being used.
• Value of REMOTE_USER, if REMOTE_USER is set, otherwise null.
• Role assigned. If none, null.
• Header variables set and their values.

If you configured basic Web authentication, you can check if REMOTE_USER contains your user ID. If you configured Trusted authentication with a third party single sign-on product that uses an HTTP header variable, you can see the name of the header variable and make sure you configured it correctly.
