The following views are available within the WebFOCUS Business Intelligence Dashboard:

• The general public view
• Custom public views
• Group views
• Library Only views
• Private views

Each view has different rights and different levels of security.

The Administrator controls users access in the general public view, the custom public view, group views, and Library Only views. This includes the domains users can view and specific functionality such as the Domain Search.

The Administrator also controls the look of the Dashboard for all views.
